Licensing

MA Recreational License required to ride

For each ride day you participate in, you need to purchase a Motorcycling Australia Recreational Day License.

MA licence entitles you to the benefits of MA’s National Insurance Programme.  MA requests all participants to have Ambulance Cover. If you do not have Ambulance Cover, you accept full responsibility for any medical transportation costs that may incur from injuries that may be received at this event.

If you already have an MWA annual recreational or competition license, you can use that, however note that TRAKDAYZ only accepts MWA licenses and your participation on the day is subject to license checks through MWA to verify.

Planning to come to more than one event?
TRAKDAYZ recommend purchasing a year recreational licence online through the Motercycling Australia website: Licencing – Motorcycling WA

Driver's license

Your driver’s licence is not required for the track, just bring your bike, whatever size it is, and we will teach you the correct techniques to use.

Motorbike

Your bike does not have to be licenced. If it can pass scrutineering, (tyres, brakes, no oil leaks, safe to ride, etc) then bring it to the track.
