Cancellation Insurance Available when booking

Our cancellation insurance is for you to purchase with any of your TRAKDAYZ Group bookings. It covers you if you are unable to make the event for circumstances out of your control. Instead of losing your TRAKDAYZ event, our cancellation insurance allows you to move to a different day *subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

Regardless of the reason, no refund in part or in full will be given.

It is not the responsibility of TRAKDAYZ if you fail to attend, have a bike or safety equipment that isn’t deemed in an acceptable condition to participate, are unfit to ride, or choose not to ride in all or part of the day.

Trakdayz has a strict no refund policy. Regardless of the reason, no refund in part or in full will be given.

If you notify TRAKDAYZ via email more than 7 days before the event, we can provide you with a credit for an event at the same venue, which is valid for 12 months from notice of the cancellation. If it is within 7 days of the event no cancellations will be accepted. 

We will allow a friend to replace you, however you will need to let us know 2 days before the event day via email, and provide us with the name, email address and phone number of the person replacing you. They will have to be able to safely take your position in the group that you booked.

On very rare occasions there may be exceptions to this policy, completely at the discretion of Trakdayz. Please send an email to us if you wish to explain your individual situation.
